New Biokos Paper

Our latest paper is out in The Journal Fish Diseases.

Together with our colleagues at The University of Tokyos, we have shown that Biokos™ is an effective method for controlling cryptocaryons in aquaculture and marine aquariums.

As expected, practical concentrations caused no damage to the fish.

BIokos is a natural microbial extract which is effective against a range of protozoan parasites including ich. It is already on the market for use in freshwater aquariums. Biokos is manufactured in-house by Sundew at our production facility in Copenhagen.
